Do I need a gym?

No. We have a complete Home Training track — floor space and optional bands or dumbbells are all you need. Fully bodyweight options are available for every workout.
What if I'm a complete beginner?

The Beginner Gym and Home Training tracks are built for people starting from scratch or getting back into it after time off. Every movement is demonstrated in the exercise library. You'll never feel lost.
Is this actually different from other online challenges?

Most challenges send you a download and disappear. This has weekly check-ins with direct feedback, a private group, leaderboard accountability, and an at-risk client system so nobody falls off without support. It's closer to online coaching than a download.
Do I have to track food?

Not in detail. You'll hit a daily protein target and a rough calorie range. No macro tracking, no food logging apps, no elimination diets. Most people say it takes less than 5 minutes once they're used to it.
What if I fall off during the challenge?
